Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Menerals account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your digital return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags are attached and the original packing slip is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return confirmation email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
